LAHORE (Staff Report) – Federal Railways Minister Khawaja Saad Rafique Monday said that all out efforts are being made to turn Railways into a profit-earning entity.
Addressing a seminar in Lahore, he said Railways will earn Rs140 million through branding of railway stations and trains with advertisements.
He said the record of the Railways’ land is being computerized, and land worth millions of rupees has been recovered so far.
