Imran Khan announces closing doors to talks with establishment

RAWALPINDI – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan has declared that he is closing negotiations with all parties, including the establishment.

Talking to journalists at Adiala Jail, Khan revealed that he had previously given authority to six party leaders to engage in talks with the establishment.

In response to questions about Ali Amin Gandapur’s speech at the Islamabad rally, the former prime minister stated that Gandapur was expressing the sentiments of the nation and that he supported him.

On those apologizing for Gandapur’s comments, Khan called them cowards and said they do not belong in the party.

Asked about Senator Faisal Vawda, Imran Khan noted that everyone knows Vawda’s affiliations and suggested that an open trial for the Arshad Sharif murder case would reveal the truth.

Regarding the Lahore rally, Imran Khan affirmed that PTI will proceed with the event on September 21, regardless of whether permission is granted.
