Quetta: Two gunned down in broad daylight shooting

QUETTA – Unidentified assailants gunned down two people on Quetta’s Jamal-ud-Din Afghani Road on Saturday.

According to police sources, the suspects fled the scene after the killings, and a search for them was underway.

The victims – who were sitting inside their shop at the time of the incident –  have been identified as Jaffar and Mohammad Ali.

The rescue officials shifted the bodies to a nearby hospital and launched an investigation into the matter.

The reason behind the mishap is yet to be ascertained.
