MANDI BAHAUDDIN – The local administration has stopped Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) from holding a rally in Mandi Bahauddin today (Sunday).
According to media reports, the administration has sealed the Quaid-e-Azam ground due to security measures.
According to local administration, due to rains, water has accumulated on the ground and the permission was not granted due to security concerns.
Meanwhile, PML-N leader Maryam Nawaz has vowed to reach the rally venue at any cost.
The party’s spokesperson, Marriyum Aurangzeb has stated Maryam Nawaz will depart from Jati Umra at 3 pm.
On the other hand, the district administration has locked down the entry gates of the stadium and deployed heavy contingents of police around the area.
