Saudi Defence Minister Muhammad bin Salman to arrive in Islamabad today

ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – Saudi Arabia’s Defence Minister Prince Muhammad bin Salman will Sunday arrive in Islamabad to hold meetings with Pakistani leadership just days after a crucial visit of Foreign Minister al-Jubeir.

According to a statement, the Saudi minister will hold talks with Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif on matters of bilateral interest and the regional situation.

The ongoing tension between Saudi Arabia and Iran is also expected to be taken up during the meeting while the official agenda of meeting is confined to recent Saudi announcement of 34-country anti-terrorism alliance which also includes Pakistan.
