FAISALABAD – A girl was raped for two days by an employee of the Allied Hospital, a government-run medical facility, in Faisalabad.
Reports said the hospital’s staff member administered anesthesia injection to the victim, who fell unconscious after the dose.
The suspect raped her for straight days before he was caught by the officials. The victim, whose identity has not been disclosed, also underwent the medical examination.
The medical tests have proved that she was subjected to sexual assault.
Following the incident, the hospital administration has suspended the employee involved in the incident.
A four-member committee has been formed to investigate the matter while police has reportedly arrested the suspect.
