KANDHKOT – Opposition Leader in National Assembly Syed Khursheed Shah said on Saturday, his party will launch anti-government protest subject to the non-fulfillment of four demands.
Talking to newsmen here, he said his party would take to streets, if four demands put forward by Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) supremo Bilawal Bhutto Zardari are not granted by the government, adding December 27 is the deadline.
Khursheed Shah remarked internal and external challenges are on the rise against the country.
“Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif failed to fulfill even a single electoral pledge” complained the PPP leader, adding that the premier was stuck in quicksand of Panama Leaks issue.
The legislator also rubbished the allegations of ‘friendly opposition’ leveled against PPP.
Moreover, he claimed Chief of Army Staff General Raheel Sharif will get retirement as his term comes to a conclusion on November 29.
It is worth mentioning that Bilawal’s four demands were, passage of the draft Panama bill, immediate appointment of a permanent foreign minister, reconstitution of the parliamentary committee on national security and implementation of the resolution on the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor passed by a multiparty conference.
