Two FC troops killed in Kurram Agency landmine blast

PESHAWAR – At least two troops of Frontier Constabulary force were killed during a landmine blast in Kurram Agency, under the jurisdiction of Federally Administered Tribal Areas (FATA), local media reported.

The blast occurred near Lakatiga, an area of the agency, in which around five other people were also injured.

The injured have been shifted to a hospital for medical treatment, while dead bodies have also been transferred to the hospital.

It is being reported that terrorists had installed the explosive material underground in order to target the security officials.
