RAWALPINDI – The Commander of Chinese People’s Armed Police General, Wang Ning called on Chief of Army Staff Qamar Javed Bajwa on Monday, according to the military’s media wing.
During the meeting, which took place at the General Headquarters, matters related to regional security and professional interest were discussed, read a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations.
General Wang also acknowledged and appreciated Pakistan Army’s contributions to peace and stability in the region.
He also discussed ways to increase bilateral cooperation in the fields of counter-terrorism and security training, said the press statement.
