ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf leader and former political secretary to Imran Khan, Awn Chaudry has been appointed as an adviser to Punjab Chief Minister, Usman Buzdar.
The Punjab government has issued a notification regarding Awn’s appointment following which the leader took to Twitter and thanked Prime Minister Imran Khan for conferring upon him the responsibility.
Besides Chaudry, three lawmakers, Abdul Haye Dasti, Faisal Hayat and Muhammad Hanif were also appointed as advisers to Chief Minister of Pakistan’s population wise biggest province.
“I want to thank my Prime Minister Imran Khan and my party for their continued trust in me,” he said in a brief message.
