SARGODHA – Four students of the Government Post Graduate College for Women in Sargodha went missing under mysterious circumstances.
Two of the missing girls reside in Mohammadi Colony while others are resident of Faisal Town in the Punjab city.
Reports said the parents alleged that their daughters, who were students of second year, had been abducted by unknown people. They have also lodged complaints with the police.
Urban area police station has registered cases about missing of two girls while cases of the remaining two are yet to be filed.
Police said the administration of the college, which is located at Chandni Chowk, has provided CCTV footage and records for investigation.
The parents and relatives of the missing girls remained outside the police station throughout the night. The parents stated that they are waiting for progress from the police.
The parents of the two girls said their daughters had went to college for depositing their fee but they did not come back to home.
“We got upset after they did not return. We went to their colleges but found nothing,” they said, adding that they have now sought help from police recover their daughters.
