ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – Shocking revelations have surfaced regarding the dead body of girl found in a suitcase in Islamabad as police have hinted at the “Arab connection” citing the brutal murder.
According to the details, the husband of Anum murdered her better half on suspicions of her links with sex workers based in Dubai.
Media reports suggest that Usman took her from airport to his friend’s house in DHA Islamabad where he strangled her to death. Afterwards, he fled to Saudi Arabia while a taxi driver dropped her dead body in “Sabzi Mandi” area after receiving Rs. 10000.
According to Daily Ummat, the special investigation unit of Islamabad police have arrested seven individuals in connection with the murder.
The dead body of 26-year-old Anum was handed over to her parents after autopsy report that confirmed strangulation as the cause of death.
Anum was residing in Dubai from 3-4 years and she used to visit Pakistan sporadically. Last time, she landed in Pakistan on September 23 although her parents did not confirm the arrival.

Surveillance cameras deployed under safe city project Islamabad somewhat helped in tracking down the murder but the registration plates of the cab could not be identified due to poor camera results. Reportedly, the red warrants of her husband had also been issued.
The police also learnt that Anum visited Pakistan for 4-5 times during last two years during which she was in contact with almost 50 girls belonging to multiple cities of Punjab including Kharian, Jhelum,Kharian,Gujrat, Gujranwala, Faisalabad. Some of them also migrated to Dubai for employment.
Nasreen Bibi, the mother of deceased disclosed that Anum embraced Islam before marrying Usman and she did not know about the arrival of her daughter last month.
Law enforcement agencies are also in hunt for an assistant, Sobia who used to oversee the activities of Anum for locating girls to be handed over to Dubai-based prostitution groups. Reportedly, Anum minted money by locating girls residing in hostels across multiple cities and transferring them abroad.
