Pakistan beat West Indies by 74 runs in second ODI

GUYANA – Pakistan defeated West Indies by 74 runs in the second one-day international on Sunday to level the three-match series at 1-1.

Pakistan made 282-5 with Babar Azam hitting an undefeated 125 before fast bowler Hasan Ali claimed 5-38 as the home side, with skipper Jason Holder scoring 68 not out, were dismissed for 208.

The match started at 09:30 AM (local) 01:30 PM (GMT) and 06:30 PM on (Pakistan Standard Time).

West Indies registered a spectacular win against Pakistan in the first ODI, when they chased down a target of  309 runs in just 49 overs for the first time in history.

The home side have not won an ODI series since August 2014, when they beat Bangladesh 3-0 at home. The last time they beat Pakistan in a bilateral ODI series was back in 1991, when Richie Richardson captained them to a 2-0 win against Pakistan.
