One of the world's oldest and best universities awards Rahat Fateh Ali

LONDON: Oxford University of England has invited Pakistani singer Rahat Fateh Ali Khan to grace with an honorary shield.

 

The famous singer will tour the university where a 200-year-old music room will be opened for him to visit. Students of music department of Oxford University will do a musical session with Rahat Fateh Ali Khan as well.

“The award is to be given by Oxford University will not be just for me but for the entire Pakistani nation and its music industry,” Rahat said in a statement.
