KARACHI – Chairman Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Imran Khan welcomed the decision handed down by the Supreme Court regarding his disqualification case on Friday.
Talking to newsmen outside the Karachi airport, the PTI chief who escaped disqualification in a petition filed by Pakistan Muslim league Nawaz leader Haneef Abbasi, expressed that the party would file a review petition to challenge the disqualification of Jahangir Tareen.
‘Jahangir Tareen is disqualified on technical grounds, we will go for the review petition’ said the PTI chief.

The politician stated that he furnished the complete money trail regarding his financial transaction and submitted sixty documents.
‘The top court scrutinised my documents for over a year’ observed the PTI chief and alleged that his rivals resorted to submitting a ‘fake’ Qatari letter.
‘No other parliamentarian can undergo such elongated accountability. It is a crime to juxtaposed criminals with honest people”, maintained Khan.
