Pakistani forces enter into Afghanistan, take over several border posts after Maj Changezi martyrdom

TORKHUM (News Desk) – In response to the unprovoked border violations of Afghan forces which killed Army Major Jawad Ali Changezi, among others, Pakistani forces have taken over several key border posts of Afghanistan.

According to latest information available, Pakistan has taken over posts located in Afghan province of Nimroz. Sheraz check-post was also among these posts, the 92 News reported.

The report also claimed that locals had cheered the march of Pakistani forces through Landi Kotal, a military-manned border post on this side of the border. The same report also claimed that Afghan forces missing their intended targets and causing no damage with their shelling.

However, the information reported by the news channel, so far, has not been verified independently or by military sources.

Earlier, a video shared on social media showed locals chanting pro-army slogans while troops were passing through Landikotal on their way to Torkhum.
