ISLAMABAD – Prime Minister Imran Khan has summoned a meeting of senior leadership of Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and government spokespersons Bani Gali today (Saturday).
According to media reports, the prime minister will preside over the meeting at 2:00 pm at his Bani Gala residence to discuss and consult the current political situation along with the recent wave of arrests and the party’s narrative on it.
The party meeting will also have a consultancy session before the meeting in which the premier will discuss and decide a course of action for the opposition.
The prime minister has directed government office holders and party leadership to remain in Islamabad.
According to media details, party leaders and spokespersons from Punjab will also attend the meeting to devise strategy regarding recently presented Federal Budget as well as Punjab Budget.
