The Indian foreign minister has flown back to India after attending the SCO conference. He thanked PM Shehbaz Sharif and Dar for their great hospitality.

Earlier in the day, Jaishankar addressed Shanghai Cooperation Organisation (SCO) Summit calling for cooperation based on mutual respect and sovereign equality among member states.

In his remarks, top Indian diplomat underscored the necessity of upholding territorial integrity and sovereignty in collaborative efforts, asserting that these principles are essential for effective cooperation, and further called for the SCO to engage in honest dialogue, foster trust, and promote good neighborly relations.
