ISLAMABAD (Online) – A traffic policeman was killed in a traffic incident on Islamabad Highway near PWD Colony.
The police official identified as Haq Nawaz was on duty when a crane crushed him to death in PWD Colony. The crane driver escaped.
The police shifted the body to a local hospital for medico-legal formalities. The deceased hailed from Faisalabad.
The body was handed over to the victim’s family after a funeral was offered at Police Lines. The police have registered a case against the crane driver and started investigation.
