Senate Body on Finance and Revenue meets in Karachi

KARACHI (Web Desk) – The Senate Standing Committee on Finance and Revenue has decided to conduct thorough inquiry into Pensioners Scandal in the Federal and Provincial Public departments.

This was stated by the Chairman Senate Standing Committee on Finance and Revenue, Senator Saleem Mandviwalla in a statement in Karachi on Monday.

He said that the committee will meet on 3rd of next month to look into the matter.
He said that the committee has identified the Ghost Pensioners Scandal by default and now it will look into the matter very deeply because it shows the failure of the concerned departments.

The Senator urged the need of a modern and transparent pension system for which the committee will assist all the departments.
