Pakistan to seek proofs of BBC report from UK govt

ISLAMABAD (Web Desk) – The federal government has decided to write to British government for seeking proofs of allegations levelled in the report of BBC against MQM.

The federal government will ask UK government to provide evidences for the accusations BBC report made against MQM.

A list and details of MQM party members who were allegedly sent to India for training will also be demanded.

Meanwhile, Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar met British High Commissioner Philip Barton in Islamabad. They discussed matters related to the investigation of MQM leader Imran Farooq murder case and latest developments following the airing of BBC report.

Nisar said that Pakistan is seeking cooperation of British government for resolving the case.
