Eyebrows raised as PML-N lawmakers call on PM Imran

ISLAMABAD – Members of the opposition – from Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz – called on Prime Minister Imran Khan at his Bani Gala residence on Saturday.

As many as 15 Punjab Assembly lawmakers met Prime Minister Imran Khan, private media reported without revealing the names.

The PML-N lawmakers discussed political issues with the premier who was flanked by Chief Minister Punjab Usman Buzdar during the meeting.

Well-placed sources say the lawmakers posed their confidence in the policies of Prime Minister Imran Khan and Chief Minister Usman Buzdar.

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf or Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz has not confirmed the meeting as of now, however, political commentators are viewing the meeting with suspicion.
