LAHORE (Staff Report) – Pakistani cricketer Ahmad Shahzad’s marriage rumours have been circulating in the media for some time.
But the news has now been confirmed by none other than the former Chairman PCB, and the Head of PCB Executive Committee, Najam Sethi on Twitter.
Sethi took to micro-blogging site and announced September 19 as the wedding date which was promptly retweeted by Shahzad.

Looks like famous Pakistani designer Faraz Manan will take care of the cricketer’s and his would-be-wife’s wedding trousseau.
The cricketer and the designer exchanged pleasantries on Twitter.
Faraz wrote: “Congratulations @iamAhmadshahzad !!! we are excited and looking forward to dress up you and your bride at the wedding.”
The right-handed batsman also thanked the designer for taking care of the wedding ensembles and praised his work.
Speculations on Shahzad’s wedding started when his good friend and teammate Shahid Afridi in a recent TV show disclosed the wedding plans.
During Shahzad’s interview Afridi also informed the viewers over the phone that the groom is likely to skip England tour due to the impending wedding.
However, Shahzad was seen dodging the question about his marriage in the interview.
