ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – The national assembly business advisory committee on Friday issued the election schedule for NA speaker slot.
According to the notification, election will be held on November 9 while nomination papers can be submitted on November 8.
PML-N is expected to field Sardar Ayaz Saqid for the position once again. He also enjoys support of PPP, JUI-F and MQM.
Meanwhile Pakistan tehreeke-e-Insaf (PTI) has announced to field Shafqat Mahmood as a candidate for NA speaker.
