ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – The US deputy Secretary of State Mr Tony Blinken Thursday called on Federal Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan to discuss the bilateral ties of two countries.
US ambassador to Pakistan David Hale and US special envoy to Pakistan and Afghanistan Richard Olson were also accompanying the deputy secretary of state.
According to a statement the leaders discussed matter of mutual interest during the meeting. They agreed to take the Pakistan-United States relationship to a next level.
On the occasion american diplomats appreciated the role of Pakistani law enforcement agencies for curbing the cancer of terrorism and reviving peaceful environment in Pakistan.
