Motorway Police get equipments from United States

ISLAMABAD (Online) – The United States has donated equipment costing $1.1 million to enhance the capability of National Highways and Motorway Police.

Addressing the handover ceremony in Islamabad on Friday, Director International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Section of US Embassy Ramon Chico Negron said the equipment will increase road safety in the country and provide better protection to officers on duty.

Equipment handed over by US official included 45 motorcycles, 50 speed-recording cameras, and 500 protective vests.
