PM Nawaz returns after highlighting Indian violence in IHK

ISLAMABAD (Staff Report) – Prime Minister Nawaz arrived in the federal capital on late Tuesday after attending the 71st United Nations General Assembly session, where he highlighted Indian violence in Kashmir valley.

PM’s daughter Maryam Nawaz tweeted the news of his return on her official Twitter account.

On September 21, the premier delivered an address to the General Assembly of the United Nations in New York City.

During his speech, he said that Kashmiris had to endure barbarism at hands of Indian troops. He also called on the General Assembly and the Security Council to implement its resolution on Kashmir.
