LAHORE – All Pakistan Newspapers Society (APNS) on Friday extended its condolences on the second anniversary of the tragic terror attack on Army Public School (APS) in Peshawar.
In a press release issued on Friday, APNS officials offered condolence to the bereaved families and prayed that they might find the courage and patience to deal with this loss. They also prayed for the souls of the students and teachers who lost their lives in the attack.
“Sarmad Ali, President and Umer Mujib Shami, Secretary General of the All Pakistan Newspapers Society expressed “profound grief on behalf of APNS over the sad demise of Mr Muhammad Nawaz Khan father of Mr Bashir Ahmed Khan, Publisher, Daily Multan Naama, Multan,” it added.
On 16th December 2014, the Army Public School (APS) of Peshawar was targeted by a vicious terrorist attack that claimed over 140 lives, including 132 students.
