ISLAMABAD – Prime minister Nawaz Sharif ordered ensuring maximum relief to gas consumers as he met minister for petroleum & natural resources, Shahid Khaqan Abbassi at PM House today (Wednesday).
During the meeting, the Minister informed the PM on multiple ongoing projects and initiatives undertaken by the ‘Ministry of Petroleum & Natural Resources’, especially in the field of oil and gas exploration in the country.
He also briefed the Premier on the progress regarding the import of LNG (Liquefied natural gas) and the measures taken for fuel supply to various sectors.
The Prime Minister further directed to expand coordination with respect to Energy projects for their timely completion.
