KARACHI – The Sindh High Court on Friday ordered to include the name of Dr. Asim Hussain in Exit Control List barring him from leaving the country.
Dr. Asim was also ordered to submit his passport to the Sindh High Court.
The judgement also instructed ministry of interior not to issue new passport to Dr. Asim who is already facing corruption charges.
Justice Farooq Shah remarked that proper medical facilities were being provided to Dr. Asim and so bail could not be granted to him.
