KARACHI – The blaze, which erupted at a cloth godown in Karachi on Monday evening, has not been brought under control despite six hours of efforts, according to media reports.
The blaze erupted in the M M Godown located at Zia Colony turnabout in SITE area at around 2:30pm.
According to Dawn News, fire department official said “Initially, only a few fire tenders were sent to control the blaze. Later on, realising the gravity of the situation, fire tenders from different fire stations in the metropolis were called in.”
