LAHORE – As many as six people, including five women, were injured when the roof of a house collapsed at Manawan, an area of Lahore, on Saturday.
Police said members of the family were sitting in their house when the roof of a dilapidated house collapsed. As a result, they were trapped under the debris.
Rescue 1122 teams reached the spot and pulled them out from the debris and shifted to the Services Hospital.
The injured have been identified as Areeba,17, Iqra ,17, Naseem, 35, Kainat, 27, Noraan Bibi,45 and Azeem,18. – APP
