LONDON – Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Bajwa has arrived in United Kingdom on a three day long official tour where he will hold meetings with political and military leadership, reported ISPR.

According to Geo News, the COAS will address think tanks in London to make the policy makers aware of Pakistan’s military viewpoint.
He is accompanied by his key lieutenants including DG ISPR Major General Asif Ghafoor. The visit has been organised by UK’s Ministry of Defence (MOD) and will be managed by the MOD officials.
The Army chief will hold meetings with leadership of British armed forces and discuss matters for enhancing cooperation.
The local media quoted sources as saying that the army chief will also meet members of Pakistani community at a dinner and will get to hear their thoughts.
