NAB seeks placement of Hamza, Salman Shehbaz on ECL

LAHORE – National Accountability Bureau has sought the placement of names of Hamza Shehbaz and Salman Shehbaz on Exit Control List.

The anti-graft body has written a letter to the ministry of interior seeking travel restrictions on the duo.

NAB is investigating Shehbaz Sharif, the former chief minister Punjab in Ashiana-i-Iqbal housing scam and has also grilled Salman and Hamza in past as well.

Salman Shehbaz had skipped the last hearing of NAB, however, Hamza appeared before its Lahore bureau and answered the queries pitched by the body.

Hamza Shehbaz has also secured protective bail from the Lahore High Court, fearing arrests at the hands of NAB in much the same manner as the president of Pakistan Muslim League Nawaz was nabbed as he appeared before the body.
