Gwadar Central signs MoU with Habib Rafique for infrastructure development

LAHORE - Gwadar Central and Habib Rafique Ltd Wednesday signed a memorandum of understanding for infrastructure development of Gwadar Central - the flagship residential and commercial project of New Life Developers centrally located in the heart of Pakistan’s upcoming trade hub.

The signing ceremony was held at Gwadar Central’s head Office in Lahore. The participants included representatives of both companies.

Speaking at the occasion, New Life Developers CEO Abdul Saboor Sheikh shared future development plans of Gwadar Central with the participants. He expressed that “collaboration with Pakistan’s largest infrastructure firm will help in realising our vision of providing state of the art living to residents of Gwadar Central”.

Zaid Rafique, Chairman Habib Rafique (Pvt) Ltd, expressed his resolve to develop Gwadar Central on most modern architectural lines using Habib Rafiq’s unmatched expertise in the field.

Gwadar is a port city on the southwestern coast of Balochistan. The city is located on the shores of the Arabian Sea, approximately 700 kilometres to the west of Pakistan's largest city, Karachi.
