RAWALPINDI – Russian Ambassador to Pakistan Alexey Yurevich Dedov met Chief of Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Tuesday to discuss matters related to regional security.
The ambassador acknowledged Pakistan’s efforts in fighting terrorism and initiatives for economic growth, the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.
The COAS thanked the Russian ambassador for his concerns and support, adding that it enhanced the two countries’ military cooperation, and will have a positive impact on regional security.
