KARACHI – Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) leader Arif Alvi after losing his temperament held the SHO Darakshan by the neck, when he barred him from entering office of Clifton Contonment Board during protest.
As per details, Arif Alvi and other people were protesting against pilferage of water and non-availability when the PTI leader tried to let in with group of people.

The police stopped him that caused of heated exchange, and later he made physical with an official.
A PTI member broke the gate of the board office who has been arrested while Alvi wanted to go inside to free the boy, a PTI member told.
