ISLAMABAD – Saudi Crown Prince, Mohammed bin Salman would now be landing in Pakistan on Sunday, instead of his planned arrival, a day earlier.
According to Pakistan’s foreign office, the crown prince’s visit has been delayed for a day, however, there are no changes to his engagements in Pakistan.
The 33-year-old would land in Pakistan amid fool-proof security for which the twin cities have been put on high alert. His two-day tour would include series of meetings with high-profile officials including Prime Minister Imran Khan, Chief of the Army Staff General Qamar Javed Bajwa and others.

The ambitious royal would be visiting Pakistan on his first-ever state visit. Prime Minister Imran Khan is expected to personally welcome the guest who would stay at the Prime Minister House in Islamabad. A rousing welcome would be accorded to the guest.
Agreements worth $20b are expected to be signed during the tour of the crown prince including setting up an oil refinery in Gwadar.
As many as 300 cars and 750 rooms in upscale hotels of Islamabad have been booked while the belongings of the Saudi royal have already been shifted to Islamabad.
