ISLAMABAD – Thee Islamabad police official were dismissed for demanding marriage certificates and harassing a man and wife.
Reports said the incident took places in the limits of the Bara Kahu police station, adding that a case was also registered against the officials for harassing the couple.
The officials dismissed from service include Constable Esfand Ayaz, Constable Nayab and Samiullah.
The First Information Report (FIR) stated that the police officials stopped the couple and asked for the marriage certificate. It added that the officials had sexually harassed the woman.
SP Dolphin and Patrolling issued orders for dismissal of the personnel.
