PML-N making ‘life threats’ after NA-122 decision: Justice Kazim Malik

LAHORE (Web Desk) – Justice (retd) Kazim Ali Malik accused Federal Minister for Information Pervaiz Rashid of making “life threats” to him following the verdict of NA-122 case.

Talking to different media houses Justice Malik said he has written a letter to Pervaiz Rashid over his threatening tone.

“I will not spare Pervaiz Rashid at any cost and pursue the matter legally,” he said.

Rejecting PML-N allegation for being biased, he said that the ruling party is annoyed over unfavourable ruling in the case.

“I have never accepted the governments’ unlawful dictations,” Justice Malik said.

To a query, he said that the supplementary report submitted by the NADRA boss was unnecessary.

It is pertinent to mention here that the Election Tribunal, led by Justice Malik, had declared the election null and void in NA-122 on the petition filed by Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chief Imran Khan.

The tribunal also ordered re-elections in the constituency.
