PUNE – Ajit Pawar, deputy chief minister of Indian state of Maharashtra, among five people were killed in a plane crash in the Baramatic region of Pune on Wednesday.
The chartered aircraft, which was carrying Pawar along with two colleagues and two crew members, crashed during its landing attempt.
