Sindh Budget 2016-17: Government employees get 10 increase in salaries, 50,000 more jobs

KARACHI (Staff Report) – Provincial Finance Minister Syed Murad Ali Shah has announced a ten percent adhoc relief allowance on running basic pay after merging adhoc allowances of 2013 and 2014 for all the government employees in the province.

Presenting the budget in the Sindh Assembly, Murad Ali Shah announced that a ten percent adhoc relief allowance would be merged with running basic pay.

He said fifty thousand new jobs will be created in police, health, education and other departments in coming financial year.
