SHANGLA – Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has approved the construction of four-lane expressway connecting Besham with Swat’s Khwazakhela district, said Prime Minister’s special adviser Engineer Ameer Muqam on Sunday.
Addressing the inaugural ceremony of Shangla Campus of Swat University in District Shangla, Muqam said that Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif has put the country on the path of rapid development. On the occasion, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Governor Iqbal Zafar Jhagra said the federal government has focused its attention on the restoration of peace, development of various sectors in the country.
The Governor said youth from Shangla will also be provided laptops under the Prime Minister Laptop Schemes. They will also benefit from the under Prime Minister Youth Training Programme and the Prime Minister Youth Business Loan Scheme.
