ISLAMABAD – Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has said Central Digital Data Bank will be set up for online visas of foreigners.
Chairing a meeting in Islamabad on Monday, he said online visa system will not only bring transparency in the system but would also eliminate irregularities.
The minister has directed NADRA to take steps in this regard.
The minister also said that strict vigilance will be maintained over foreigners coming to Pakistan under the online visa system.
He said that the incumbent government has been making serious efforts for three years to control illegal crossing into Pakistan.
