PESHAWAR: Unknown assailants carried out an attack on a vehicle in Matani, area of Peshawar leaving four dead and one injured on late Monday.
According to police, all the four deceased including Irshad, Waheed, Muhammad Ali and Imtiaz belong to a peace committee, Matani Aman Lashkar. The injured has been identified as Mohsin.
Rescue teams shifted the injured to Lady Reading Hospital, and the dead bodies have been transferred to Khyber Medical College mortuary.
The police suspected that the firing incident was based on a prolonged personal enmity.
