KARACHI (Staff Report) – PML-Q President Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain on Wednesday called upon the former military ruler General (retired) Pervez Musharraf along with Pakistan Muslim League (Functional) head Pir Pagara at his residence in Karachi.
Both political heads were greeted by the former military top gun upon their arrival.
Shujaat Hussain, while talking to reporters on the site, said the former president could play a key role in unification of all factions of Muslim League. We will discuss the new prevailing situation in the meeting, he added.
Earlier media reports suggested that ignored leaders of ruling party, PML-N, Senator Zulfiqar Khosa and Syed Ghaus Ali Shah were also making preparations to establish a united Muslim League.
