ISLAMABAD – Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) leaders have advised former Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif to resign from the Presidency of the party, an important decision is expected on November 3 in this regard.
According to Online, Former Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan and Chief Minister Punjab Shahbaz Sharif with mutual consensus held consultation with dozens of PMLN leaders.
In this context, PMLN leaders have advised former Prime Minister to resign from the slot to save the party.
Messages of all party leaders have been sent to Nawaz Sharif in London.
Nawaz Sharif has held consultation with his friends and he wants to call an important meeting of Punjab Assembly members with Shahbaz Sharif in the chair so that their opinion can be ascertained.
Sources said that Nawaz Sharif can take a final decision about his resignation in the meeting on November 3 of the party.
