KARACHI (Staff Report) – Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP) Majeed Abassi was killed on Tuesday in Shah Latif Town, Landhi area, local media reported.
Police said, the incident took place in Shah Latif Town where unknown gunmen riding motorbikes fired shots on DSP’s vehicle, leaving him and his guard critically injured.
The police officer was shifted to hospital where he succumbed to injuries. Police arrived at the scene and started investigation.
The martyred officer was serving as DSP SITE Industrial Area of Karachi.
