Pakistan, China develop satellite to monitor CPEC

KARACHI (Web Desk) – Pakistan and China are developing a satellite to monitor the routes of Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC).

This was stated by the Sindh Transport Minister Syed Nasir Hussain Shah while speaking at the inaugural session of the national conference on space science and technology.

The ‘Fourth National Conference on Space Science and Technology’ was organised by the Institute of Space and Planetary Astrophysics (ISPA), University of Karachi.

Shah was of the view that space technology produced massive changes in every field of life. It is contributing in many sectors, including defence, communication even medicine, he maintained.

The space technology is also being used to monitor the road system and port management as well, he added.
