KARACHI – Gold rates in Pakistan witnessed slight drop on September 12, 2024 Thursday, as prices moved down by Rs1000 per tola.
Data shared by Sarafa association shows price of 24-karat gold now hovering at Rs263,000 per tola, down by Rs1,000. This comes after gold had hit a record high on Wednesday.
Gold Rates in Pakistan Today
After fresh adjustment, 24-karat gold now priced at Rs225,480 per 10 grams, a drop of Rs857.
On the other hand, 22-karat gold has fallen to Rs206,690 per 10 grams. Prices od 18 and 20 karat also moved down.
On the other hand, the price of gold moved up by Rs43,000, or 19.6 percent, as traders anticipate a potential reduction in US Federal Reserve interest rates next week.
Silver Rates in Pakistan
Silver remained stable, with 24-karat silver selling for Rs2,900 per tola and Rs2,486 per 10 grams.
